Board Meetings and Citizen Comment

There is a time at each meeting when citizens are able to ask questions or make comments. Questions asked at a board meeting may not be resolved that evening, but every effort will be made by the board and superintendent to gather the information to answer your question.

An interested citizen who wishes to be placed on the board agenda for the purpose of making a presentation should present a written request to the Superintendent of Schools, stating whom the citizen represents and the nature of the presentatin to be made. This request should be made at least one week prior to the meeting at which the citizen wishes to speak. A copy of the presentation should be provided at the meeting so that it can be included in the official minutes.
